What’s Included in a Professional Move-Out Cleaning?

Packing and moving are enough work without discovering that the empty home still needs hours of cleaning.

Professional move-out cleaning addresses the detailed work involved in preparing a property for its next occupants. Before booking, it helps to understand what is included, which services are separate, and what information your cleaner needs.

How move-out cleaning differs from routine cleaning

Routine cleaning maintains the spaces you use regularly. A move-out clean reaches areas that are easier to access once belongings are removed, including inside appliances, cupboards, and drawers.

At Bonneville Specialty Cleaning, our move-in and move-out service includes detailed cleaning of:

• Appliance interiors and exteriors.
• Cupboards and drawers.
• Kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
• Walls, baseboards, and doors.
• Floors and other surfaces within the agreed scope.

The property’s condition and materials help determine the work required. Share photos of heavy buildup, stains, or unusual concerns so we can discuss them before your appointment.

Send your property manager’s checklist

If your landlord or property manager provides cleaning requirements, send them when requesting a quote.

A checklist lets us compare their expectations with the cleaning scope and clarify any additional work. It also helps you avoid assuming that every item is automatically included.

Cleaning cannot repair damaged surfaces or guarantee that every stain will come out. A professional cleaning also does not guarantee the return of a security deposit; that decision belongs to your landlord or property manager.

Is carpet cleaning included?

Carpet cleaning is a separate service and is not automatically included in a Bonneville move-out quote.

If you need it, mention it upfront so we can discuss adding it. Let us know about stains or odors as well. Results depend on the carpet’s condition, and stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

How to prepare for your appointment

Tell us when your belongings will be removed and whether anyone else will still be working in the property. An empty space gives us better access to cupboards, drawers, and floors.

Confirm access arrangements and make sure water and electricity are available. If your move or inspection date changes, let us know so we can discuss scheduling.
